FR So here's your chance to discover the Gurten Trail in Bern with me. I can show you the trail, coach you on the different sections, and help you set up some jumps. This trail is excellent as a follow-up to my Puma & Jump course if you want to practice your technique on a track. The trail is really well-designed for getting used to launching yourself. EQUIPMENT: Bike in working order, mandatory protective gear (helmet, back protector, and knee pads), tools and a puncture repair kit, water, and a picnic lunch. **By registering, you accept the risks and dangers associated with mountain biking. EN If you come with me my job will be to open the trail up and then work the sections in order to help you build the flow and the confidence needed to open up and hit the jumps. Coming to this trail is a great way to apply what is done in my pump & jump classes on Friday. GEAR: Bike, Compulsory protective gear (helmet, back protector and knee pads), tools and a kit to handle a flat tire, water and a picnic.
